How to choose Niquitin Clear patches Patch?

If you smoke more than 10 cigarettes a day, follow the 10-week plan. Use Nicorette Nicotine Patche Step 1 (21 mg) for 6 weeks, Nicorette Step 1 (14 mg) for 2 weeks and Niquitin Clear Nicotine CQ Step 3 (7 mg) for 2 weeks. If you smoke 10 or fewer cigarettes a day, follow the 8-week plan. Use Step 1 (15 mg) for 6 weeks and Step 3 (10 mg) for 2 weeks. Do not start the patch programme at Step 3.

How to use Niquitin Clear patches 21mg Step 1

First thing each morning, apply one fresh patch to clean, dry, hairless skin of the arm, chest, or hip.

Apply to a new part of your body each day. After 2 to 3 days, you may apply to a previous spot if there’s no sign of irritation.

Before going to sleep, remove the patch and dispose of it safely.

Step 1: Do not remove the Niquitin Clear patches patch from its sealed protective pouch until you are ready to use it.
